The Canine Rehabilitation Program is looking for young dogs (6 to 14 months) with hip dysplasia to participate in a NON-INVASIVE clinical trial. The study is to determine if dogs receiving rehabilitation therapy and Deramaxx® (standard NSAID treatment) will improve their limb function, range of motion, muscle girth, and decrease their pain.
All cost of Deramaxx® and rehabilitation will be compensated for at the end of the study plus a $200 reward for participation.
For more information, please contact Kim Knap at knap@uiuc.edu or 217-265-5314 to find out more about the clinical trial or to make an appointment.
