Looking for a pure rottie to give him a forever home!!!!

Hi my family and I are looking for a bigger size dog to spoil rottweiler or german shepherd we prefer between 10 weeks old to 6 months old,we are willing to pay a re homing fee reasonable $100.00-$200.00,we promised my 5 year old son we'll get him a puppy for christmas he doesn't like to sleep by himself so he wants a puppy to sleep with and to watch nick jr with him...lol. we do have 3 kitties so he/she would have to like cats they are my babies and were here first,and we have 2 small children 2 year old daughter and 5 year old son.we have a huge back yard,and he/she will have a friend to share the back yard with my mother lives in the other side of the duplex with her doggie. I would prefer if the puppy came ad visit us first before me and my husband decide to keep him/her to make sure they would fit in with our family,and so you can see what kind of people we are.Below is pics of my old doggie we had to get her put to sleep due to lymphoma 2 years ago I just want people to see how she was treated with us and that we are good people.
