This was bought and tried only one time, we printed out 3 pages. Then it locked up my computer. So i hooked up my old printer, And put this one in its box, I could not find anyone to help me find out what i did wrong, So im selling it. It comes with 2 cds, all the directions, cable, etc. So you might say its brand new. Its in the original box, it weighs 20 lbs.
