my son is looking to go to college in the area need a home for him ,we need at least a 2br or bigger so mom can visit anytime.would like something free and clear on its on land so my son does"nt have to worry about anything except going to school. he has 2 outside dogs that will be coming with him on the move .we will be looking for something for cash and quick close.he graduates in may and goes to college in august would like to be ready by then .we live in florida but will gladly make the trip to come see anything worth looking at .if you want to avoid the realtors fee this is your oppertunity.
