Hi- Help!!! I am in need of a 3 or 4 BR house or manufactured home somewhere in south orlando area for me and my 2 kids - Any condition, as long as it's livable and has owner financing- i'm handy and can do most repairs, upgrades and replacements myself. prefer to have a garage and fenced yard but will consider all. I've been wasting 800 a month in rent for 2 years now with a landlord who doesn't want to sell...
