If you are seriously considering buying a home, we can save you THOUSANDS on your purchase. Not only are our services FREE, we're PAYING YOU for the opportunity to be your Real Estate Broker!  There is no limit to the amount of money you can save.
How can we do this?  Simply put, our program is a tool for resourceful buyers who know basically what they're looking for to save a ton of money on their home purchase. If you save us time by doing the legwork creating a "final list" of potential homes you would like to see, we can rebate 50% of our agency commission to be applied towards your closing costs or given to you as a buyer credit at closing. This is normally 1.5% of the purchase price of the home you buy. We think you should get paid for your efforts, and if you can save us time, we'll save you money.
Many of our clients use our interactive MLS search right here on NevadaOneRealty.com or use Realtor.com to find a list of homes they want to see. Some clients will simply drive around in neighborhoods they like and make a list this way. Whatever way you choose, by you doing some of the legwork, you can save a ton of money at closing.   Once you have a list put together, we can sit down to discuss your list and set up showings for the homes you're most interested in seeing. We're happy to schedule the showings for you and make sure we're there to get you in the properties you want to see. This way, we fully maximize the time we can put forth on that "final list" that most interests you.   We'll go see the final list of homes together and handle all the paperwork, negotiations and processing for the home you decide to purchase. From offer to close we will represent you fully as any professional buyer representative would do.   Of course, if you don't have the time or feel that you would really just rather have an agent walk you through this process from A to Z, we can still help. Since this involves much more of a time investment on our part, we cannot give the full 50% rebate. Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with Nevada One Realty, Inc. acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. A Nevada One Realty agent must accompany buyer on the first visit to new home developments in order to receive rebate.  Not all new home developments pay a co-op to buyer's brokerage.
