I am looking for a 1 bedroom apt. for Oct 1st. I would prefer that it's in Anoka County.(Any city of Anoka County)

AC is a MUST.

A Balcony would be nice., but can do without.

I am a very responsible person and just want a clean safe apartment. I would like to sign a long term lease.

I do have one twenty five year old cat, that must be with me. He pretty much just lays around now :)
