Cheap Apt in Parkville

I need to move in 2 weeks and, I need to sublease my apt or I'll have to pay a fine for breaking my lease.

It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The rent is $764 a month and does not include water or the BGE bill. My water bill was about $13 a month and the BGE bill has been about $85 the past 2 months. Plus, you would have to pay for any type of TV, phone, and Internet service you wanted to get.

The lease is up in March. I am moving out before my lease is up, so to avoid paying a fine I am trying to find someone to take over the lease. I am moving out the 13th and 14th of July. So, it would be ready for you to move in on July 15th. I believe it is called subleasing. By subleasing, I would be signing the lease over to you, so it would be in your name. The rental office would do a credit check and all to make sure you qualify.
