We have a full staff of experienced and trained porters who maintain the cosmetic well being of all our offsite super properties. Our porters are responsible for the daily removal and maintenance of the residential garbage, they are educated in all sanitation rules and regulations and they maintain the cleanliness of the common areas of the buildings. Our porters are the eyes and ears of our client's property; we take a proactive role to all building maintenance.
Our field supervisors are well educated in local building codes, fire and safety codes. We have over 15 years experience and expertise to offsite super buildings which has made us an asset to many real estate managers, landlords, and property investors. We are known to many as the "go to people" in building maintenance. We have direct relationships with many local New York City based Electricians, Plumbers, Roofers, Sewer contractors, masons, Architects and Engineers that almost all building issues are directly channeled through our organization.
