A & B Endeavors is dedicated to giving our clients and their tenants the best possible service available. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail at an affordable price. As a property owner, you are able to sit back worry free and know your property and tenants are taken care of. As a tenant, you are able to reach us for anything we are contracted to do for your rental and we will respond promptly.
In short, we promise you reliability, affordability and prompt service!
We Service Monroe, Lawrence, and Orange County Indiana.
(We will consider Marion County.)
Types of service:
* Rent Collection Services- This service includes collecting rent from your tenants and keeping an accurate record of their account, depositing the rent money into your account or as arranged, and sending out delinquent notices to tenants as necessary.
…..for just 5% of monthly rental charge
*Tenant Certification Services- As well as rent collection services, this service includes screening tenants and showing properties. You may also opt have us write a custom lease agreement for a one time fee or use our standard agreement at no charge.
…for only 10% of monthly rental charge (plus mileage for Monroe or Orange Counties)
…..Lease writing fee $25
*Full Service Management- In addition to rent collection and tenant certification services, we will schedule any necessary repair or maintenance your property needs and handle any tenant complaints / needs. The labor or service will be billed directly to the owner and major repairs will be authorized by the owner prior to work being scheduled. We will always find the best price and service available or work with the service provider of your choice. We also offer property inspections as desired at no extra charge and we will strictly enforce your rental agreement.
…for just 15% of monthly rental charge
(Mileage to Monroe or Orange County is additional.)
With all services we offer reports on your property as often as you’d like them.
Additional Services include:
*Lease writing- $25.00
*Between tenant cleanings- priced according to job and desired services (Ex. Carpet cleaning, ect..)
* Painting - priced according to job
* Lawn Care also available
