Vacant/Abandoned Properties (Complete Trash Out Service)
We offer clean out and haul off services for vacant, abandoned, foreclosed properties. WHCS will completely empty structure, including garage/storage area, and haul off the contents. As you know each property presents different challenges, so a walk through will be necessary in order to give you an accurate price.

Straighten up your home or apartment when you are ready to rent or sell with the help of WHCS. Our detail-oriented staff cleans every room, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and dining areas top to bottom. We also clean baseboards, blinds, and windowsills. Windows may be available at additional charge. Contact us at to arrange for our tenant turnover make ready service or move-out cleaning services to include the following:

All appliances, pantry, cabinets inside and out Window sills, Flooring, Bathrooms, and Ceiling fans (if reachable) EVERYTHING WILL BE CLEANED. Nothing and I mean nothing will be left untouched. I also offer steam cleaning for carpets on Move-in/out. (Extra Charge).
A complete check off list will be given at walk through. Also, available for your review, please send email request. There will be additional charges for extremely heavy cleaning, this will be determined on initial walk thro.

Tenant move out cleaning service.
We also offer move out services to your tenants. Give them our number for service they need and we will give you, property management, 20 percent off the tenant turnover clean for that apartment. (Only if tenant used us for their basic move out)
