RE Investors Wanted!! (San Antonio Metro Area)

I'm a fully licensed Real Estate Agent who specializes in wholesale and investment properties. I'm currently adding additional investors to my investor's list. 

What I do: 

I am constantly looking for investment opportunities that make sense to my investors. If it doesn't make sense to my investors then it doesn't make sense to me. Once I find a deal that matches your preference I shoot you an email about the property along with rehab estimate and CMA report. You decide if it's right for you. If you don't want it simply toss the email and wait for the next one. If you want it great, you purchase the property and preform the rehab work and I will list it for rent or sale when you are finished with the project (which ever exit strategy you prefer). 

What I do NOT do: 

I do NOT send you a ton of emails everyday. I only present solid quality investments and will NOT send you a bunch of deals that offer little return.
I do NOT charge a monthly fee of any kind.
