(City and or zip code) Out of state is ok! We find deals all over the US and look for areas that are on the up swing. 4) Is there a golden number ARV you are looking for? (Or CAP rate if you are looking at multi units). 5) What range of equity and cashflow are you looking to hit? 6) What are you looking to do to the property if that is a consideration in finding the right deal? (What is your exit strategy? Investor flip, rehab/refinance/rent?) 7) What is your dream investor deal? 8) How soon are you looking to purchase? How many? 9) Do you rehab yourself? Level of rehab you desire? 10) Any other factors we need to be aware of to find your ideal property? 11) Are you open to going in on the deal as the money partner? 50/50 split? 12) Are you interested in purchasing seller finance deals or straight cash purchases? 13) How soon can you close on deals and do you have direct access to the funds needed?
