Hi, my name is mike, Im a full time Real Estate Investor, and I buy and hold property's. However in the event that I have to many on my plate I always like to assign contracts. Im looking to work with open minded investor's who don't look at me as there competition, but rather understanding the fact that there is a ratio out there of investor's to properties, so there is no way one investor can scoop up every single property on the market.

So there is going to be times where I have to many deals at a time so it would be a luxury to have other investor contacts so I can assign my contracts to.
