WHAT YOU'LL DO Every day our Mortgage Bankers: - Consult with our clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals - Establish an ongoing financial services relationship with our clients through the delivery of world-class client service - Interview our clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives - Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analyses and qualify the client for various loan programs - Evaluate alternative loan programs and affordable financing options. - Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s) - Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues. - NO COLD CALLING!
