**If your home does not have at least 1 valid application submitted within 30 days of it being on the MLS, then we will give the listing commission portion of the commission back to you and list/market the home on the internet and MLS until it is rented at no additional charge. A $100 admin fee to RE/MAX Distinctive and tenant representative commission will still be paid by the landlord. For example: if your rent price is $1000/mo, listing commission will be $500 and the tenant representative commission will be $500. If the home is not rented in 30 days, then the $500 listing commission is given back to the landlord. The agreed rental price for your home must also be within $150 of the going market rent in your area. Spaces are limited as we only work with 10 landlords at any given time.
