In a neighborhood, kids usually play in the yards or go to friend's houses a few doors away. But in an apartment complex they could be in any of hundreds of apartments, doing who knows what.
In a house you can paint it whatever color you want, hang pictures, play your music just a bit louder, and enjoy relaxing more. But in an apartment you have to ask permission from a keeper and listen to your neighbor bang on your wall to tell your family to be quiet.
In a home you can focus on the rest of the decisions in life that aren’t so daunting. Like where your going to park your boat, your cars, build a shop. In an apartment you can call the manager and ask them to fix your leaky faucet for the 10th time this week. (hmmmm)
