Location: Plano, TX
Compensation: Based on experience
Do not have to be local, willing to relocate
Key requirements:
• Must have at least 3 years (preferably 5+), hands-on SAP HR experience.
• This is a functional role, but having some technical skills (e.g. interfaces, PL/SQL) would be nice to have.
• Needs to be a strong SAP expert who also understands HR.
• Ideally this will be a versatile SAP HR consultant who can handle Core HR and at least one other SAP HR module (e.g. Payroll, Advanced Benefits/OAB, Compensation Workbench/CWB, ESS/MSS, Performance Management, Learning, iRecruiting, etc.)
• Must be a versatile person who can work in challenging situations.
• Able to thrive in an environment where he/she will be expected to get tasks done with little/no supervision
• Root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to lead design sessions, manage functional teams, and deliver solutions specific to customer expectations.
• Must be capable of leading executive level presentations.
• Project Management skills are a plus, but must be able to do hands-on configuration.
• Must have a strong presence, be a superb listener, and a dynamic thinker.
