Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and managing the specialty coffee bar environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan
• Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability
• Hiring, training and monitoring the development of staff
• Leading your team of associates in providing strong levels of customer service
• Supporting brand consistency by delivering exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
• Being knowledgeable on coffee, tea, drink preparation and other products
• Preparing and serving beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years Specialty coffee experience
• Be flexible in work schedules and have desire to learn
• Have a passion for customer service, be solutions-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Food handlers card may be required according to local and/or state requirements
Each manager will complete an extensive MIT program which includes FOH training, financial systems, invoice processing, scheduling, budgets, costs control, expense reports, vendor relationships, recruitment and hiring training
