Requirements:
High caliber managers only, looking for the “cream of the crop”
Must have P&L knowledge
Must have at least 3 years of previous restaurant management experience in a corporate setting or a franchise operation
Stability defined by no more than two jobs in the last 5 years
Must be willing to work one overnight shift a week (cafe is in a hospital)
