Our client is managing a 5 Star Restaurant Outlet with a very stylish and urban feel. This restaurant offers a variety of contemporary Mediterranean dishes and a lounge with entertainment facilities.
To complement the high-end service requirements of this upscale outlet, the owners are now in search of a truly dynamic and hands-on Executive Chef with a serious attitude willing to create an eclectic and brilliant guest experience.
Key Attributes:

Must have upscale/signature restaurant background
-
Must have track record of 3-4 years in each job
-
Minimum 6 years in a similar position from 5* restaurants
-
Experience from Middle East an advantage

Exclusive knowledge contemporary Mediterranean and Asian cuisines a must
-
HACCP certification is a must
-
Should be able to develop new F&B concepts and re-design eclectic menus

Train staff, implement policies and procedures

Good understanding of costs and budgets

Computer literate
-
Excellent communication skills and happy to meet/greet guests

Comfortable in working within a multi-cultural environment

Detailed eye to benchmark standards and quality

Passion for food and presentation
