Our client is very well-known high-caliber restaurant group serving exquisite Modern Asian and high-end French tapas with outstanding customer service record. We are now searching for highly knowledgeable and well-trained Executive Chef to lead the kitchen services which serves the most discerning clientele from across the world.
As the Executive Chef, you must have exclusive knowledge of presentation and must be able to maintain a high degree of quality. While some customers may opt for particular food requirements, you must train your staff to fulfill such requests.
Key Attributes:
-
Must have signature dining experience (Michelin background would be a certain advantage)

Must have at least 5-7 years in managing exclusive outlets / 5 star hotels

Able to lead and motivate staff size in excess of 100
-
Must have experience in serving high volume of guests during lunch and dinner (approx. 550 pax)

“Eagle-eyed” attention to details

Must have good understanding of costs and financials

Able to implement policies, procedures and HACCP standards
-
Create eclectic menus and work out various promotions
-
Excellent communication skills in English

Computer literate
-
Greet customers and explain them about the cuisine

Have immense passion for maintaining high quality of food with exceptional presentation skills
