Hamada Japanese Restaurant located at 200-22529 Lougheed Hwy
Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a F/T cook.

Position Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Cooking
Completion of Secondary school
Basic English and Fluent Korean are required

Duties:

Prepare and cook complete Japanese hot and cold meals or side dishes in our menus
Plan /develop menus
Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
Order supplies and equipment,
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.),
Schedule staff,
Recruit and hire staff,
Manage kitchen operations

Benefits:
10 days paid vacation will be provided
C$3000-3200, 37.5 hours per week
