We need one (1) Food Service Supervisor for Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening position

Salary: $13.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week, Medical Benefits

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Skill Requirements: 
Education: Some high school, Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Cooks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
