Delaware North Companies is seeking a Supervisor for its Seneca Travel Plaza in Victor NY. Providing exceptional customer service to travelers on the NYS Thruway - West, we are open 24/7. Under the guidance of the Plaza Manager, Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations Travel Plaza, maintain positive customer relations, provide quality service and products, and ensure quality employee performance. Must have prior food service experience, some management experience, and outstanding customer relations skills. Responsible for waste sheets, adherence to loss prevention procedures, sanitation, and disciplinary matters.
