Beverage Manager Position Summary: Oversees beverage related activities of Food & Beverage department. Prepares financial analyses of operations for the guidance of management, including revenue and costing. Works with the Cost Controller and Food and Beverage Director to develop and maintain the Resort's inventory policies and procedures. The position involves internal auditing, cost accounting, and budgetary controls. Examines, analyzes, and evaluates operations of individual restaurants or other facilities to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
