WHAT YOU DO Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring all operations are consistent with our bookselling culture, world-class customer service focus and merchandising standards. Select, evaluate and develop café servers. Foster an environment that is both employee-centric and customer-centric. Focus on team development, maximizing sales and productivity, and providing outstanding customer service.
