New restaurant opening in North Metro area. This is a great opportunity to be involved with the whole operation from set up to execution. This person must have the creativity, experience and personality to effectively transport this new restaurant into the “go to place” of the community
Min 4 years experience in a casual dining restaurant (not fast food).
Culinary education preferred but not a must.
Knowledge of health code and license is mandatory.
Ability to manage a staff of 12 cooks
Must control COG to 35% or lower; thus must do weekly inventory and forecasting and handle all ordering for BOH.
Must control labor to 26% or lower.
Design menu items, and menus for special events
Maintain a high standard of sanitation, maintain equipment, train any new hires
and maintain a high level of food quality and presentation.
Good references required.
