ATTENTION: This positions is hired by Morrison Healthcare Food Service



Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of patient, cafeteria and catering services functions that may include patient visitation, tray assembly, distribution and service, general sanitation, cleaning and use of kitchen equipment and pantries.



Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simplecorrespondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, customers and other associates of the facility.



Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs.



Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
