Store Manager

GROWING Retail Operation is seeking a Store Manager for a NEW STORE OPENING in South Boston, Mass.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but aren't limited to):
-Hiring, managing, training, motivating, evaluating, scheduling and developing employees
-Meeting sales quotas and budget plans
-Involvement in marketing and merchandising plans
-Responsible for preparing sales and expense budget recommendations
-Responsible for payroll, ordering, inventory, and weekly sales reports
-Responsible for daily deposits and cash handling
-Responsible for display and merchandising of stock to create an appealing and conducive selling environment
-Responsibility to adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that staff follows them

QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma required (Associates Degree preferred)
*Minimum 3 years retail sales experience
*Minimum 2 years management experience
*Stability as defined by no more than 2 jobs in the past five years
