Position Overview
Our client is a mover and shaker in the Prince George market. Their sales offices is bursting at the seems with customers and orders. To cover this intense workload an additional receptionist is required. This position, while initially part time will eventually become a full time position with room to grow after that.

Responsibilities
-receiving incoming calls
-directing calls to relevant parties
-taking messages
-receiving courier packages and signing for documents
-operating office equipment such as printers, scanners and fax machines
-directing potential customers to relevant sales people
Requirements
-1-3 year experience in a reception environment
-great phone mannerisms
-outgoing personality
