I have a 4 bedroom home, 2 full bathrooms, with full basement. All Utilities included with some exceptions. Includes Cable TV - you only pay for your box which costs betwween $7.00 to $20.00, Continental US Long Distance Phone with Voice Mail and Call Waiting, Wireless DSL, Electric, Sewer, Water, Trash, Washer and Dryer Available.

Could be furnished with furniture I have or you can bring your own furniture. Renter's insurance is required for your protection because my homeowners won't cover your belongings - it is the way of the insurance world!

Large back yard on a cul-de-sac, couple with kids is ok, or single parent with kids is ok. Maximum of 2 kids based on home size. Police check required. At least one reference is also required. If anybody you know wants/needs a place or knows of someone who could use a real nice place to live with a rockin, awesome person (that would be me, hahaha) then please let me know asap! You/they must be ok with kids because my grandkids visit regularly. I am a friendly, country rocking, golden oldies, 56 year old woman and a smoker so must be ok with all. No smoking indoors. I like to be around people, have friends over, hang out, play cards, play board games, watch movies, have Barbeques, whatever else.... Or I am perfectly fine all to my own devices. As much family interaction as you want. Please let me know if anybody is interested... Im getting worried I wont find some one to share my home and I will have to give it up.
