I am looking for a female roommate and the room is available now. Apartment is a big 2 bed 2 bath and is super close to Emory and Georgia Tech. I am a grad student so it needs to be someone who is not too loud. Both Students and professionals are welcome. I would prefer someone who is neat, responsible, and respectful.

I am waiving the rent for September, so you will be able to move in with no rent But a deposit of $350 will be required.

Rent is $675 a month plus utilities.

Its a great property, (Gables at Rock Springs) the apartment has hardwood floors except in bedrooms. Apartment is furnished with living, dining & entertainment so you will not need to worry about having an unfurnished apartment.
