Need responsible roommate

Private room, private bath, 3/2 house in NRH. Wood or tile floors, fully stocked kitchen & inside laundry facilities. Furnished with bed, nightstand, armour, internet access, Uverse access. Very family oriented neighborhood so this is not a party house. I am in school, do not smoke or drink. Must like dogs and can't be allergic to cats. They are my animals, but they are inside not outside dogs.
