hi. i have a room for rent in my beautiful 2-story condo. move-in is first + $330.00 deposit. im a 37 year old gay male. purchased condo 3 months agao, totally gutted and re-model'd it.italian marbel floor through-out condo, bedrooms are hard wood floors. we would share the small bathroom and beautiful kitchen/living room (down-stairs). pets are ok. i have a little mini-jack russell terrier. smoking is ok, as long as u smoke outside!! small front yard and garage. very close to all highways (87/85 &101). shopping right around the corner. seeking clean-cut all american type!! clean and tidy is a must!!
