I have a private bedroom with a walk in closet with a private bathroom available 11/24/12 which includes full use of the kitchen, laundry room and Direct TV and all utilities for $450.00 per month. The room is located at the opposite end of my house so you will have some privacy as well. The house is located in Summerville in Legend Oaks Subdivision and is only 8 years old.
