Its a older mobile the landlord is fixing it up from last tenets. its a very large room you will have your own bathroom and use of the kitchen. Theres a washer and dryer I will set up cable when someone moves in so we can split bill I have dogs & cats so you must love animals. Im pretty laid back I work graveyard 3 nights a week so I dont want a partyer. No kids please . its a roof over your head walking distance to store & show.
