share brand new house with female

I am renting out a room in a brand new house in an upscale neighborhood in Waco (Hewitt school district). You would have the run of the house and your own bedroom with a large closet. You might have to share a bathroom, but i'm not sure yet. The house will be completed at the end of november and includes a fenced in yard, a kitchen with granit counter tops, plenty of custom cabinets, stainless steel appliences, and tile floors. The family/living room has real hard wood floors, and a corner wood burning fire place. The bedrooms have carpet and are about 12x12.
I am a young fairly conservative christian nurse in the ICU at providence hospital. I do have one long haired inside cat. I don't mind you having pets also as long as they are house trained. Rent is $450 and half of the utilities, cable, and internet, OR $600 flat and I pay all bills except food.
