Senior age Transgender seeks lodging in your home for caretaking and services

I am a 60 year old M-F Post-Op Transgender who is very young at heart, easy-going as well as a strong victorian type, but very feminine. I had my surgeries back on March 23, 1973 when I officially became a woman. I am a very balanced individual at peace with my changes but have never married. I am presently homeless, staying with local friends here and there in the greater LA area. I am presently on general relief (GR) which is only $207 a month - $151 food stamps. At the present time rent anywhere is almost impossible for it will leave me pennyless financially for any other needs. Presently, I have a 14 month wait until I'm eligible for elderly Social Security at $1440 per month by January 2011, but classified too balanced for SSDI handicap benefits now. I'm great with children being a single parent to my daughter who now lives in Miami at age 40. I am willing to do caretaking for the elderly, home cleaning, or gardening on your property, or offer many services like cleaning the pool, mow the lawn while being a Mrs. Doubtfire type in your home at no cost to you other than for FREE room and board. With the aid of my food stamps I can also purchase my own food. But if you would like to offer me a gratuity I won't turn it away. I have a clean police and driving record which I'm very proud of and I never drink or do any drugs. My health is excellent where I do not take any form of perscription medication.
I get up 8am - 10am. I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests. I party rarely.
My work schedule is best described as "work at home". My professional occupation is creative/ media. I do not have any pets.
I am looking to live in the Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Belaire, Brentwoods, West Hollywood elite areas of greater Los Angeles by those individuals or families who are in need of a housekeeper/caretaker for all around chores and duties. I'm very easy to live with and a great cook. I am also a starving writer working on an attempt to finish a created TV sitcom series entitled "The VanTools" (7 episodes in on my way to 13 half hour stories). At the same time, I am also in the middle of cleaning and polishing two original full length feature film screenplay entitled "Her Turn At Bat" and "Skirt And The Badge". I am in search of peace and harmony within a fine neighborhood so I can complete my written works during my leasure hours while taking care of your property during the day...but can be at your service around the clock...24/7. I am also interested in house-sitting for those individuals who wish to always having an able body person other than a security force on property at all time while taking long out of city vacations, or on extensive business trips. I've been a 4th degree black belt in Kempo for over 30 years.
I am looking to reside at a household between the ages of 40 and 71 and who are open minded to the fact that I am a Transgender. I don't mind if you smoke. I don't mind if you have a pet cat, a pet dog.
