Room for rent

We are looking for a professional or student roommate. The house is located off of Calvine and Sheldon North. We have one bedroom downstairs available, with your own bathroom. This room has lots of privacy. You will have full access to the whole house (kitchen, common living areas). We have a fireplace, washer and dryer, nice clean backyard with a tent and the house is located in a nice quiet private cul-de-sac. This house is ideal for students because it’s about 7 mins away from CRC and 17 mins away from Sac State, and it is less than 5 mins away from Costco and other shopping centers. Monthly rent will be $500 with a $500 refundable deposit and all utilities will be split evenly with all roommates.

There is also a room upstairs for $400 a month, with a shared bathroom. $400 refundable deposit is required, and all utilities will be split evenly between the roommates.

Currently there are 2 students (one male, one female) living in the home.
