South Lakeland

I'm 30, single father of a 9 year old which I have every other weekend.

I have a cat so no other pets.

You won't need to bring anything except clothes and bathroom items, and small electronics.

I have 2 college degrees and a full time job. I can always desire intellectual people.

But lets get to the important part; the neighborhood is on Lakeland Highlands Road past the Polk Parkway. There are 3 lakes, a mile walking trail, 2 pools, tennis court, and a club house with ping pong and a pool table. Is that enough to grab your attention? Don't mind the elderly they like to be noisy. But then again that means no parties.

I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, I like my insides.

As for the rent the good news is maintenance free besides the A/C getting a bi-yearly check up. If I can keep the electric bill around $100 on my own anything over it I guess would be fair to add to the $500. Just don't freeze me or start a fire.

Being successful in a job/career and no criminal history I assume would be a qualified standard and or a student.

If you're single and don't mind the little one waking you up early on the weekends and being over hyper will enlighten your fun.
