I have a home in Coben on 20 woode acres, only 12 miles to Carbondale.  Alos have a second living room for a $100.00 more.  Share rest of home.  Have all apliances so no running out to do laundry.  Rental is a month to month unless you want a lease.  Rent includes utilities.  Porch, deck and pool for your use, lots of hiking land.  I do have indoor cats and dogs and I smoke but trying to quit.  My home is very quiet, no partying here.  Single parents with 1-2 kids welcome..Best of luck in your search.
