I currently live in a 1 bedroom appartment in Valpo and pay $840/month, but would like to transfer over to a two bedroom.  The rent would be $454, $909 split two ways.  This would include Internet/Cable and water.  There are washers and driers in the unit along with microwave, fridge, stove, etc.  We would split Electric usually around $60 sometimes a couple bucks lower or higher. (So about $30 per person).  Couple blocks from Charter Fitness and a few blocks from the University.  I'm a 24 year old guy.  Laid back not a neat freak but like to keep a clean place.  Roommate would need to be responsible and dependable.  I have a steady job and rent is always on time.  I would expect the same from a roommate.  Any questions let me know.
