Hi we are a couple in our 30s and we are looking to find a room to rent in exchange for work/help and some money. We recieve two  checks  each month on the 1st and 3rd not enuff to afford a deposit and house payment but enuff to be able to come up with up to 400.00 a month. Any construction, painting, landscaping, housekeeping, cooking,organizing just helping out in general. We are honest, trustworthy, dependable, and caring... laid back easy going. we would like to stay in the general Galveston area, but if the opportunity is fitting we would be willing to relocate.
