- Master bedroom fully furnished

- Has it own private on-suite bath with seperate tub and shower

- Two large closets with full size executive desk, bookcase, couch, full size bed and mattress, two night-stand lamps

- The common area (living room,kitchen) is fully furnished as well

- Washer and dryer included.

- Only 3 miles from Seton Hill University and Lecom Seton Hill 

- Less than 1 mile from all you need as shopping

This short 5 months-lease is available now through end of June 2013, and rent is $450/month plus 1/3 of the utilities (internet/cable/water/sewage/electricity: right now it is split three ways).
