I have: on site laundry, drive way parking. I provide pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils for household use.

There is public transportation (train) about a mile away. I’m close to multiple hospitals, two colleges Delaware Valley and Biblical Theological Seminary. The house is located a about 45 minute from Philly.

I’m looking to rent to someone who is cat friendly. I have 2 friendly cats. You have to be a responsible, professional or student, clean, pleasant person looking for good energy and a peaceful space, my house is for you.
