large room for rent feb 2nd semi furnished has tv and stand a couple of tables and couple of chairs no bed. no damage deposit just want a weeks notice if moving out.mut be wrking full time and no drugs or smoking in bedroom,can smoke in the basement but not in the room, and just have respect,and everything will work out.it is a rom for rent so it is shared kitchen and bath
