It is a 3 bedroom condo located near SDSU/City Heights. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with one other roommate. Washer and dryer in unit. Condo is furnished except your own room. Free parking in complex parking lot (always plenty of parking) $510.00 covers rent each month and we split utilities 3 ways (avg $50/month) A very good deal in San Diego! Very close to the 94 and 8. Roomies are in their late 20s/early 30s. Both are active, enjoy their churches, working out, being outside, etc. It is a quiet house most of the time--no alcohol in the house, so that it stays a quiet environment. No overnight male guests. Those are the only rules. It is a great place to live for the price! The roomies are wonderful.
