I am looking for someone to sublease my room in University Village Apartments on March 1, 2013. This is a college apartment complex right next to UNC Charlotte. The room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. It comes with a raised full-sized bed, dressers, and a desk and desk chair. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other females. The entire apartment contains a full newly upgraded kitchen, a large living room, sunroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
