There are three other guys currently living with me ages ranging from their mid-20s to mid-30s, all chill guys. There is drinking but no partying. Two of them go to Kennesaw State University. There are also two cats, one of which is a kitten of about 6 months. Its within about 3-4 miles of KSU which is about a 50 minute walk, 20 minute bike, or 5 minute drive (with traffic, 10 minutes). The room itself comes with a desk chair, wooden entertainment center, and a bedside table. The main bathroom is shared by three of us - the master bedroom has its own bathroom - and the downstairs bathroom is open to everyone but does not contain a bath or shower. The room itself is 10x8 and has a fan but no light fixture. This is remedied by the lamp and tri-lamp that illuminate the room instead. It also comes with your own cable box - we have AT&T Uverse with the U300 package and all of the premium channels. The internet speed is roughly 12 Mbps.
